Thanks for this wonderful, informative interview! Great questioning, and great answering. I was really impressed with their explanation of why closed cell insulation is not often the best choice. I like how they didn't over hype the product, and didn't engage in histrionics like another tiny home builder in Tennessee does. I know that you can't judge a person from a YT video, but Eric and Ryan's body language and demeanor convey honesty and integrity.

Our pleasure! It is absolutely impossible to judge anyone or anything just by a YT video and we're glad folks understand that! The big thing here is that Eric and Ryan invite anyone to come visit them in person. Their door is always open and we were certainly treated in such a way that we would not think twice about spending our hard earned money with this company!

Personally, we think they are and if we end up buying a park model, it will likely be one of Phoenix's.

IMO ... Video is far far better then a picture. please dont do "zoomie" pictures like other vendors are falling into. the video walk-through gives a much better perception of flow and spacing. the flow of the floorplan is very important. this is why i follow this lovely couple in their travels. Good luck to your company!!

Hello everyone, and God bless you all ❤, anyway I have a question 🤔, I live in Florida, and is it possible to put a park model on my own property or does it have to be in a mobile home park ?
Thank you for your response in advance 😊

It really depends on local ordinances. Start with the building inspection department of the county you live in. Ask them some questions. Then if you live in city or town limits, you may also have to contact the city. You may also have to have percolation tests, zoning gets involved, and so on. It depends on whether there are homes there or not, what type of foundation you are setting the home on (if any) and so many other variables. It's impossible for us to simply say yes or no. Our best answer is "maybe".
