I've been journaling consistently since about 2016, so by now I've got a (very heavy) box of journals in my closet that holds a detailed record of my middle school/high school life, with all its highs and lows and plenty of cringy moments.
I think it's important to pause once in a while and look back on our accomplishments, to remind ourselves of where we started so that we can properly see how far we've come, so in this video I'm looking back through all of my old journals to do exactly that 🤗
