You are an excellent teacher...I lose attention very quickly with most tutorials but you have got it just right (for me). Thanks!

Yes! I was also inspired by @RedMeansRecording his Digitakt video, and I bought his pack; It's tons of fun. I was thinking about how that would go on the tracker mini. Well, here we go you answered that question :-). Thanks a lot!

I have the Digitone but still inspiring to try these samples on different things.

Thanks for your video. Always very refreshing.
I also saw that under Gumroad you provide free kits.
    Perfect!
My question is more how you create the samples?
    Any tips and tricks here?
I've never really found anything on this and would love to see a tutorial on it.

I suppose you’ve got to make em now rather than play em , since they removed mod import…….what will they remove next?
It was useful regardless of its reliability.
Great idea though, I just tried it on the Mpc one too .
Another source for these samples is the mod archive, the samples can be extracted

I do miss the mod support. but enough people are asking so it might make a comeback. Do like the idea of visiting these old samples as there are a lot that are a bit of a cult classic. Still trying to find where you get that liquid dnb guitar wah wah sound.

It´s back in the Beta Version - so it will be back in the next mayor update.

The ST-XX samples are not tuned to C by default, so the notes you're seeing in the pattern are not at all what you're getting. The Bass-C here is a F, while the melody note-C is a F#.

I understand it's a fun bit of kit, but would any one actually use this to make music for professional use? Sync music, film tv media etc?

Is it industry standard, no. Can you use it professionally, yes. I have used it in a few game and video projects. It has some really nice features for creating looping stems and sections for immersive sound. I can knock something up in a pinch or take the time to really polish a track. or make a nostalgia hit like the video.

Haha that made me chuckle...I have one at work and one at home and use them almost daily in sound design and soundtracking. My day job covers longform broadcast, content, ad spots and the occasional indie film. Forms the centre of two very different dawless rigs...love it. Kissed a lot of frogs trying to find my magic partner and the Tracker is just superb in how little cognitive load it uses, just lets ideas flow and the new + model really removes the last few possible roadblocks to using it professionally
