Another much needed video Keshav, thanks so much! However, after watching full video, I feel bit confused - Until I heard you mentioning #BetterHelp, I was thinking you'd probably the best person to get help/therapy from....after hearing about #betterhelp, I felt you're suggesting us to go to #betterhelp (not you?) if we have these symptoms and need help? Just wondering.🤔🤔 Btw, these are amazing videos, much needed for lots of people around the world who can neither understand the English audio nor can follow the subtitles but they need to hear this out. Ever thought about producing your amazing videos in other languages too (probably Hindi to start with)?
@@SumitSingh31 As a life coach, definitely I could help with many of these things. But for someone seeking professional counselling or therapy - this is a great option. I have clients who do both coaching and therapy as its a great mixture in the recipe for self improvement and inquiry. BetterHelp just makes this whole process quicker as finding the right person is simpler, and all their therapists are licenced. As far as Hindi - it's not a plan atm but if there was enough demand I'd be up for it. I can speak Hindi/Gujarati too. Just not as fluently as English. Thanks for watching Sumit 👊🏾😊
@@keshavbx Thanks a lot Keshav, I now understand the terms (coaching and therapy) better😊. Can't thank you enough, for what you do for many of us out there. All the love and wishes - thanks for being our strength! 👍❤️
@@SumitSingh31 . Reduce negative thoughts with a simple practice. Your breath and mind [brain] are closely related causing stress-anxiety. For a better life sit on a chair, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. Slowly the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Do the practice without any expectations. Change happens from within by itself. Day or night, when taking a walk, sitting in a park, when reading, before sleep etc sit or lie down and observe your breath. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Best wishes Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.
1. Feeling overwhelmed 2. Feeling fatigued or hopeless 3. Anxiety 4. Irrational emotional outbursts/irritation 5. Apathy and withdrawal/feeling numb 6. Major life event (death, breakup, unemployment) 7. Engaging in self-destructive behavior (self harm, taking on more work than you can’t taker) Everyone can benefit from therapy :)
Feeling depressed at a very young age it is not normal for I have been through when I was 13 years old it is not easy as they think it is . Even some parents would say they are too young to be depressed, they don't know how depression is for they are young. Parents should really follow up on their children if they got depressed or anxious it would be bad for their child's future . So please parents be careful with your children this is not old days life is getting harder day by day. Stay safe .
