Those first few phones make me nostalgic, though it's pretty tough to be nostalgic when you don't remember half of it. I remember my grandpa getting one of those first iPhones and it's crazy to see those nowadays compared to the newest of the new.
I remember being in the bathroom pooping and my sister barged in and showed me her iPhone she got from her friend, it was the 2G, 3G or 3GS and I remember it was water damaged because the corner of the screen was messed up and I thought it was so cool. I was only like 10 back then and I thought it was sooo cool
I’ve had the XR for nearly 4 years now and it’s a pretty great phone
iPhone X was honestly the last most exciting iPhone release in years. The hardware is just so good these days.

Ahh, the iPhone 4S. Brought back so many memories, especially when Siri was first introduced had an old icon look to it. Everything really has changed.

The iPhone 2g, my first i device, the most beautiful and nostalgic phone I have ever had compared to others. Nothing can beat it for sure.
Honestly, the most exciting one’s were the X, Xs and 11 because of the full screen and camera design

Just got my first iPhone after always having andriod, and the upgrade from a s10+ to the 13 pro max is insane, above all else I can’t believe how long the battery lasts it’s weird not having to charge my phone every single night

complete opposite for me, had iphone X, a month ago bought xiaomi mi 11t pro and i like xiaomi way more: 15 minute charge from 0-100 = 3 days of using. Big comfortable screen with 120fps and great camera

I have an iPhone 7 Plus. Been using it since launch in 2016. Still a great phone.
It’s crazy to see how many different models there was between the time I got my 7+ and upgraded to a 12 pro.
I changed from 4 to 6 to 8 and now 12.
4 to 8 were bought by my dad.
Now I can afford to buy 14 if I wish, but I think I’ll just wait until 15, when the performance of my iPhone 12 start to deteriorate.

$199 with contract not standalone. You couldn't get an iPhone standalone them days, only contract.

I’ve had the 3G, 4S, 5C, 7 plus, X, and now currently the 12 pro. I’ve been with the same provider for years so I just keep getting free upgrades and cheaper monthly bills for every new one I get. I’m gonna stick with this for a while, I’m not gonna get the 13… maybe the 14.

mine is Iphone 13 mini now. so good to used it. better camera with some photographic style and cinematic. no problem about battery life.

I remember my Grandma had an iPhone 5 until about… 2017? 2018? Around that time. She had lost it when we were at her home for the day. Turns out she left it on her car and eventually it flew off and got run over. Sadly, all of her old memories, iMessages, and Photos were never restored. She then bought her iPhone X. The weird part is that she would never really update her phone. It would stay as all the old icons, the old wallpapers, etc. It gave me a nostalgic feeling whenever she opened her old phone. Odd, but still cool. ILY Grandma :)

Not going to lie but I miss my 5c at times. It was my first smart phone and a really good one. But its limitations is what made me switch to Android.

I still can't believe that it has almost been 1 YEAR since Apple dropped the iPhone 12. (and the Mini, Pro, and last but not least, the Pro Max!)
Well actually the iPhone 12 didn’t come until November ( at least with the iPhone 12 Pro Max) due to the pandemic last year that’s why it seems so fast for the next iPhone.

I have a 7+. It looks like this model got a big boost in performance and specs (and price) but wasn’t outcompeted in robustness until the iPhone 11 Pro. That’s when battery and RAM figures actually got bigger, especially in the Max size phones.
In short, I got a good deal! From five years ago.
i‘ve got the same and installed a new battery today for 59€ and i think thats pretty okay i mean it‘s making all the new updates so far and expecially i like the design and the home button and i don‘t want to buy a new one in next time i mean for what? to be honest i don‘t understand the big hype for the ”new- old“ iphone every year

iphone 6s was 199$ and iphone 7 was $649. Minor improvements over 6s and triple+ the price.

Hey Greg, small Mistake: the 5C did also use the A6 from the iPhone 5, not the A5
Also the iPhone 4 and 4s both had 512MB of Ram.

Iphone 5s for me is still the best Iphone design ever made
Still using mine which I bought from 2014. The first time I replaced the battery last month and first time the device to be opened. The old battery pushed the display screen up since it bulged 😂 after replacing it with new battery it looks brand new. A real gem this is 💕

I still remember when the 5 and 5s/5c were announced. And when the 4s and Siri were the biggest things ever.
As a former Apple user (now writing this from my Galaxy A32) it is crazy to think that X released almost 5 years ago.

Iphone 4s is still the best for me and mine is still working so well after all the damages I caused. I hate face recognition way a lot, with that sort of screen but im used to ios, and my iphone 7 is getting old, but i still dont know what I really want to have next.

The iPhone 3G had the best form factor. Fat enough to grip, but short enough to use one handed without straining or performing some juggling act (and I say this as a person with the largest hands and longest fingers I know).
Once they hit the iPhone 5, the phones became too tall to use comfortably. I remember a fair number of complaints about the top of the screen being out of reach when the 5 launched. If only they knew how bad it would get...
But now you can swipe down the top of the screen so you can reach every thing....so guess they figured it out ....lol

@@artycustoms Except the "mini" iPhones aren't mini. The iPhone 12 Mini is wider and taller than the aforementioned iPhone 5 that many people found too tall back in the day.
4 was my favorite size, and it seemed elegant. Wish i could have one with modern specs, it would be perfect.
Yeah this has become really annoying all across the board, it's not just iPhones. I wear gloves in XL but my 6.3" Samsung is way to tall for my hands. And 6.3" is by no means a large phone these days.
