One of the best I’ve seen, on any lever. Jakob was only 17 here. By 20, he was an Olympic champ!
I was in Eugene & saw both Jakob & Karsten losing, back-to-back. Karsten was, obviously, out of shape, but Jakob’s loss was very surprising.
He recovered quickly & won the 5,000, however.
This one is going to be an all-time great.

Yes, all middle-long distance runner do road training. Anywhere from 80-180 kilometers per week. Most of it is on grass or dirty as training on real roads is terrible for your legs...
