  • Welcome to the July challenge focusing on controlling Hypertension and T2 Diabetes Mellitus!
    This is a 15 minute HIIT workout with Four exercise workout- 30s/30s.
    Please do 15 to 20 minutes of brisk walking as warmup and cooldown with stretching after workout.
    The intensity is determined by you. Please modify as required. Let's grow together!
    Exercises as follows:
    1. Chair squat to heel rise (can be done without chair)
    2. Standing Criss cross crunches
    3. Back taps
    4. 2 side chair jumps to 4 high knees
