Rare in lowrank lol. In highranks we rarely end up with a lot of kills so skypiercer is a bad item, most of the times the game end with 10-15 kills total in highrank so we don't get to have the full stacks of the skypiercer. A 5/0/4 is already mvp stats in highrank so what tf is a slowly stacking sky piercer gonna do? And for all you lowranks out there who build skypiercer as ur 1st or 2nd item, it is not a good fcking item. The stats of skypiercer is just physical dmg, that won't do much in highrank since most of the comps are still tanky. Instead of skypiercer replace it with sea halberd since in highrank sutain is what most team comps have especially a roamer with oasis. You will never see a single proc of skypiercer if you have an enemy mathilda with oasis and you dont have anti heal lol
For me.....i never touch that's item even after released in original server.Cuz that's a suck item,it's better to use item that's always usefull even in lategame.Moreover,we have Lethal Ignition and Dire hit if u wanna last hit.
