Yes! You could use the blonde espresso grounds in a Moka pot or aeropress and make espresso that way :) or use it to make brewed coffee like in a French press!

I have seen a product called Nescafe Gold Espresso, it’s an instant espresso and it supposedly a blonde roast instant espresso! I’ve never tried it but I will soon and I’ll do a review on it! I’ve seen it on Amazon :)
What if you want a venti but you don’t want to use 3pods, because you know that will just make your coffee very strong and I don’t like very strong coffee.

You could absolutely still use 2 pods and just add more milk! That will give you a less strong coffee but more liquid because of the extra milk :)
