I hate when parents can't put their anger for each other aside and throw their kids in the middle of their dysfunction. I was raised in a house of constant, endless, nonstop fighting. When I got older, I was blamed for all the fighting. I ran away dozens of times. I left at 16, met an amazing guy and have been happily married for 25 years. My kids were never exposed to what I was exposed to. I'm proud to say that I ended the cycle.
It's basically a subtle case of, If we can't be happy, no one can. They hold their happiness hostage so they can at least be miserable and with company. What people fear most is usually to be miserable and alone, and forcing them to admit that fear is the first step to either waking them up or letting them feel the consequences of their actions.
@@shannonmcelroy8454 I remember dreading going home from school because what was the fighting going to be about today? Am I going to be blamed? So, I joined so many after school activities, I would stay at friends houses as long as I possibly could. I did anything to avoid going home. It's just a horrible way to live. Parents who raise their kids this way are just selfish. Extremely selfish and immature .
@rosenbaum75 I'm so sorry you experienced all that drama. While I didn't grow up in that kind of environment, I was under extreme social anxiety and feared forging any new relationships would lead to negativity no matter what I did. I'm still not out of the woods yet, but I am making myself do uncomfortable things in small steps so I can finally write my own history instead of just worrying I'll do it wrong.
Many years ago I worked with a child protection agency. Most programming used to focus on education & health. We conducted a participatory assessment with kids leading their needs assessment. Top problem that needed to be addressed according to the kids was domestic violence. They suffered so much and were struggling in school as a result.
You did the right to break the cycle.
@@lilianasaba9846 there was never physical or sexual violence growing up. It was all verbal and emotional. I knew it wasn't normal to live that way. Still, I stayed away from my house as much as I could. I left at 16 and never looked back. I talk to my mom on occasion, but we're not close. At all. She's got a lot of issues and she will never admit it. It's useless. All I cared about was making sure my kids had a safe, happy, loving, peaceful home. And my husband and I worked hard to provide that for them.

It seems like she’s made some mistakes and he has given her no room for redemption. We all make mistakes and should be given the chance to make things right again in some way.
He sounds just like my ex husband. In and out of court for 5 years because he was never satisfied. After 5 years he signed custody over to me and he went ghost. 4 years and no contact. He tried everything to bring me down. Even the detectives wrote a report that he was brainwashing my kids. My kids have been in therapy for years now because of him. They are 13 and 10.

This man is not mentally ill because evil is not a mental illness. It’s just an excuse. I have schizophrenia and anxiety and OCD and I have psychosis and it never made me a cruel person towards other over some voice in my head threatening me to hurt others. This man is not sick and people need to stop blaming mental illnesses on people who do what this man is doing. It’s an excuse to get away with their poor choices in life.

The man definitely isn’t doing himself any favors and his truthfulness seemed questionable at times, however I went through a much smaller, but somewhat similar deal in my divorce. Lies upon lies, but because she was the mother, my pleas and opinions and concerns were mostly overlooked. It seems to me like maybe he just wants to be heard and wants to feel like he has someone on his side. Just a different observation and I could be 100% wrong.

They're both weird but it's difficult from this video to see if that's because trauma of a long lasting custody battle or if one or the other is this evil person the other is saying. Anyone who claims to know the answer is RUclips educated. No psychologist would diagnose either from this interview as there are two many variables. The children are more likely to be honest based on their life experiences and they seem to favor the father.
It's ashame they cant co-parent. It's usually one that WILL NOT co-parent out of spite. Regardless of their kids. The mother just proved her point. It's probably a good thing he came onto the show attempting to put on a show bc he did a terrible job. Hopefully this man can leave his bitterness aside & focus on his children. The things he just said. Evil. Woww. They need supervised visitation with this guy.

No, the police won’t enforce custody orders. They tell the legal custodial parent that it is a civil matter, and to contact their attorney and have a hearing scheduled.

From this clip, it’s impossible to know whose lying and who’s not but frankly, they kept trying to get him to say that he was the one who initiated a response that he wished she were dead. From his response and even from the clip, it is clear that what he is saying is true, that they asked him, (put the idea out there) that “if she were dead or gone, how would it change your life?“ And he simply responded that life would be easier. Who could not relate to a statement like that?

I think the Mother of these Children pretended to be a good Mother in order to get the Court Custody Order of those Children.
Now, the TRUTH came out fully She's a drug addict, She needs help , the Children doesn't want to stay with her and the Children sent Text Messages to their Father stating that they are not Safe living with their Mother.
The Children even included in the text Messages that they will rather live in Foster Home than to continue living with their Mother.
Well, as a Parent, the Father quickly accepted his Children back into his Life "BUT " without Court Custody Order.
Please Sir /Ma, I have piece of idea for the Father of these Children ;
Based on what these Children said about their Mother, as a Mother, I think the Children will be Safe living with their Father with Court Custody Order.
PLEASE THE FATHER OF THE CHILDREN, TAKE ANOTHER STEP BY TAKING THESE CHILDREN BACK TO COURT, SHOW THE TEXT MESSAGES RECEIVED FROM THESE CHILDREN TO THE JUDGE AND TRY YOUR BEST TO RELAX, TAKE "OFF THE PRIDE ", FOLLOW UP WITH COURT PROCEDURES AND POSSIBLY YOU MAY GET FULL COURT CUSTODY OF YOUR CHILDREN .
