  • This video shows the physiotherapy that Caeden does every day to help him manage his cerebral palsy.
Physiotherapy is one of the best ways to help with muscle training, strength, balance, motor development and mobility.
Caeden has tight Achilles Tendons and hamstrings, mainly effecting the right side of his body. These exercises will help to stretch the areas and help reduce the pain Caeden is in. They can also relieve stiffness over time.
    Examples of exercises are:
    Calf stretch
    Hamstrings
    Bridging
    Single leg bridging
    Clams
We hope this video will allow people to see exercises that help the different focus areas to help with spasticity and Cerebral Palsy.
Caeden is 6 years old and has been on a mission this year to raise money for others like himself, he will be walking up Ben Nevis. But his journey has hit some difficult times with Covid 19.
