TODAY'S RECIPE IS Lemon Ice Cream Recipe Without Condensed Milk | Homemade Lemon Ice Cream | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Lemon ice cream
Milk 1/2 cup
Sugar 3 tbsp
Let it boil
Boil for 5-7 mins low flame
Color changed & turns thick
Let it cool down
Lime
Use half lime
Squeeze juice
Whipping cream 1/2 cup
Beat for 1 min
Soft peaks stage
Add milk mixture
Lime juice 1 tbsp
Lemon essence 1/2 tsp
Food color (option)
Keep it in the freezer for 8 hours or over night
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
