I just lost my first case as a seller this week. Buyer kept changing her story...first, she claimed there were stains on the jeans, then she claimed that I sent a different pair of jeans than were in the pics, then after she opened a claim she claimed that there was a big rip in the seat. Of course, her pics showed all these things and mine did not. I was hoping that PM would see through this, but unfortunately, they ruled in her favor. Short of videoing myself packaging up each purchase, I don't know how to prove that I sent the item shown in my pictures. I am afraid to see what she sends back to me. My gut says that she damaged her favorite jeans and then went searching for an identical pair on PM to switch with. Thank you for this timely video. I have only had one other case against me as a seller and it was resolved in my favor.
That is the worst!! I’m sorry you’re going through that on Poshmark - I should’ve mentioned in the video that you can open up a counter case (I don’t know the official term😂) if the package comes back not as described! Hopefully Poshmark will end up doing the right thing, because that’s so frustrating! And thank you for watching!😊

Any transaction outside of Poshmark is definitely a scam! New sellers typically get spammed but it’ll slow down! Welcome to Poshmark - it is by far my favorite platform to sell on🙌
