There is a clutch delay valve. That’s why people shift slower. You’re likely burning up your clutch with your expert fast shifting lol. If you hear your rpm rise after your shift at 10:48

To put it in reverse, there is no special mechanism. You just clutch down and move the shifter to the left (hard). Just bought a supra, and going into reverse feels different than other cars but you literally just force it into reverse gear

I have a mt supra as well and i slapped the m style carbon mirrors literally 2 hours after owning the car. I have experienced zero wind buffeting.
