On the subject of shrubs and fallout, I'm just going to say, Chernobyl and Fukishima are very lush. Gives you scooe for mutant critters and shrubs. More hiding places for mutants.

There is 1 thing I would do. You should have it as some dwellers or outsiders are missing limbs! If you can build robotic ones! They would look Sooooooo coool! Also how are the Dwellers gonna practice aim? You should make a Target practice room.

This inspired me to finally start planning out my Star Wars Mandalorian bunker/vault. I absolutely love the idea of the vault extending out beyond the entrance like you've done. I'm building in 1/12 scale and I was drawn a blank on what rooms I would need and this really helped

You should add a meeting room for a select few mischievous vault dwellers can talk about devious things. Also you should add a very fancy room with there own living courters, and bathroom. Maybe add a room towards the bottom that had a experiment that went horrible and it's now very VERY radioactive. So it's closed down and boarded off to the public.
