Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 is a 2002 skateboarding game developed by Neversoft and published by Activision under their Activision O2 label. The game was ported by different developers to various systems. It is the fourth installment in the Tony Hawk's series. The game was released in 2002 for the GameCube, PlayStation, PlayStation 2, Xbox, and Game Boy Advance. In 2003, it was published for Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X. In 2004, a Tapwave Zodiac version was released.

easily the best THPS game simply because its more free roam than the previous entries. also college is I think the best starting level in any of the tony hawk games even underground
The practice mini was such a cool feature, I'm surprised it wasn't brought back in future titles. If I remember correctly there was no loading screen to skate it which was really impressive at the time as well
I was just playing this game last night on my PS2. I also have this game on Xbox and GameCube
Only played THPS 1 and 2 back in the day. Had THPS 3 on PS2 but never finished it back then. Got on a THPS kick, went online and bought THPS 3 on PS1 and THPS 4 on PS2. The last few months I've been going through them slowly. Just finished 3 and I'll be starting 4 soon. Playing these games kinda makes me sad thinking how great they were. Sucks that the series is pretty much forgotten about.

Me and my little brother would put the perfect balance cheat code on, stick em in a melon grab and go out to play all day, come back to see what the high score would be 😂

When I was a wee baba, in my school there was a laptop that had this game on it. The laptop was always sitting somewhere around the deputy head teacher's office, so you had to get in trouble to gain access to the laptop. You had to strike a fine balance between being bad enough that you'd be sent to her office, but not so bad that she'd actually be angry with you. If you pulled it off successfully, you could play Tony Hawks for the rest of the day. I normally achieved this by calling my teacher a poo poo head. One day she wasn't sending me where I wanted to be, so I cracked open the big boy words and called her a porno. Apparently I overshot it so bad that my dad got in trouble.
That was a fun game, need to find the ps2 in the garage

I was sick when they remastered 1 and 2 and not this one! Don’t get me wrong it’s alright but this ones got my $$ if they do

I was playing THPS4 on PS1, it’s now bad at all, I have played THPS4 on PS2 for now, it was looks great and it’s better.
