Thanks Doc. The problem with Shilajit for me is that there alot of stuff in it, but in very low doses, so it wont hit my daily requirement. So better take stuff separately.
What kind of "stuff" are you referring to? If you mean the Shilajit that is loaded with heavy metals then yes, you should avoid it. There are purified Shilajit products on the market and I've provided the link to one of them up in the notes section.
My problem is I’m tired all throughout the day but have too much energy at night…making me sleepy all day and unable to fall asleep at night, so I don’t know if this will give me too much energy at night, exacerbating the insomnia.
I doubt Shilajit is your answer. First you need to figure out what is causing your anxiety. And if it is a neurotransmitter dysfunction then figure out which one it is. And start supporting that neurotransmitter. See my video on anxiety for how to do this: ruclips.net/video/Qu4zVAmscK0/видео.html
Hi, I’m 21 and studying mathematics. I try to keep my brain healthy for more effective problem-solving. Can you suggest ways to improve my skills? Specifically, while solving a problem, I need to think quickly and utilize various tools. I want to enhance my speed and the area of my brain responsible for remembering all the tools and conducting trial and error in a few minutes. This is crucial for solving math problems. Although I do it well, I want to improve this aspect. I’m not sure if it’s working memory or something else. I already meditate and sleep well. Can you suggest any supplements for this?
My thyroid functioning is normal despite inadequate iodine intake, would supplementation still be recommended? I generally consume poultry / red meat pea protein & vegetables on a regular basis and eggs and seafood on occasion , rarely any sea vegetables and don’t use iodized salt bcuz of the questionable ingredients (dextrose , anti caking agents ) etc … id imagine most people aren’t meeting optimal iodine intakes in the US considering we don’t generally consume alpt of seafood and sea vegetables, would a supplement of potassium iodide with 350 mcg be completely safe for someone to take on a daily basis ?

I am not familiar with the brand. See if they have a Certificate of Analysis for their Shilajit signed by a recognizable third part lab. If not do NOT use it.
@NootropicsExpert now I'm scared this looks like a good company and they are saying their is an analysis but I can't find it on their website. If you do any research on this company please give me an update with your thoughts. Their claim is to combined shilajit with ocean plasma ormus
Hi David. I tried Shilajit and I can't get over how it's made. I saw a documentary showing how they made Shilajit in Pakistan or India. They mix it with cow urine...and surely the liquid one does smell like cow urine. So idk...
@@NootropicsExpert Thanks, I'm not sure if I will. But certainly I would like to know if there's a natural therapy worth trying for adding it to my meds. Because sometimes you really need a booster in cognitive functioning and mind clarity. I use lithium sulphate and clozapine (this one with a small dosage) but I need to drink plenty of water to feel lucid. I hope one day medicine will find an actual cure for this condition. Do you have any advice for me? Someone calls them add-on supplements TY. See you later

See my latest video for Sleep if you need help. If you use Shilajit make sure you take it earlier in the day.
Great video. Thanks David.
Very welcome
I suffer from anxiety for years, could you recommend to take Shilajit. Please I need your help.

Thank you. I have CFS...I will try this with CoQ10 !!
I just ordered and received a bottle of PrimaVie. One of the ingredients is maltodextrin. What is the purpose of adding this?
It is typically used as a filler to fill the rest of the capsule.
Hi . Please is it safe to take shilajit while still breastfeeding ?
Shilajit can increase testosterone levels so should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women or children.
Does it matter if you take it on an empty stomach or with food? I don’t remember you saying. Thank you.
You can take it on an empty stomach.
FINALLY! a new nootropic. try yohimbine next !!
On my "to do " list.

@@NootropicsExpert much appreciated
Does it genuinely work?
I suggest reading some user reviews and you' decide if you think it works.
Brilliant video thank you David. Is it safe to take this along with ashwagandha and lions mane?
Yes

As long as you keep Iodine under 1 mg per day you should be fine.
I registered giving my email but didn’t get the ebook.

how do they purify shilajit resin?
Ask Natreon in New Jersey this question. The guys who produce PrimaVie®
Tongkat ali or shilajit?
Finally a Shilajit review! Thanks David❤ What about NMN?
NMN is on my "to do" list. So stay tuned!
If it is coming from the ground then it also risks containing heavy metals. I haven’t seen a brand that is heavy metal tested.
See my comments above.

India one is cow urine
Pakistan and russian no cow urine.
pakistan lots of fakes.
siberian russian best
lol does it do all the things that you want it to
@@everhappy6312 make sure you get Shilajit from the Altai mountains rather than the Himalayas to avoid this issue
Source?
@@everhappy6312 It smells naturally that way. Not everything is processed with cow urine, try "Prima Vie" label Shilajit.
Is this nootropic good for bipolar people?
I see that improves sex drive, so I think this is an important question
I have not seen anything where it could cause problems with someone who is bipolar. So not sure. Try it and see and let us know!
