Rellana, Twin Moon Knight boss fight in the Elden Ring DLC - Shadow of the Erdtree.
Build used is included at the end of the video. Scadutree Blessing level was 4.
She has some really long attack chains so a guard counter strategy is pretty comfortable. You can't seem to stagger her normally so you have to wait until the end of a chain to hit her and not get greedy.
The first phase is easy enough with a 100% physical block shield, though her side attacks can still clip you.
The second phase hits much harder and you take a lot of chip even when blocking so you need to heal when you can. I save my physick for the second phase.

Going for a more defensive style makes the first playthrough much more comfy with how aggressive and hard-hitting these bosses are.
