the Indian cilantro rice s almost similar but we add green chillies and ginger to give a nice little heat . we saute the onion and pesto , then add the cooked rice .
That's interesting because they assured me it was olive oil because I'm sensitive to oils that utilize hexane solvents for extracting the oil. Plus Canola is not healthy.
Chef looks great, I will try it. I was surprised though that your stove is so low. That is a back breaker. Trust me it will get you eventually. Thumbs up to you.

I seen you cut the lime, but did you just use the lime juice or did you put the entire lime into the blender ?

Probably juiced it and then got the zest from the lime.

I’ve made 3 times now. I tried using chicken broth once but think vegetable broth is the best.
