Hello sir. That's an early morning. It's about 1 hour before the sun rises. The vdo shot by GoPro is darker than usual. I wear trail running vest which has reflectors. I don't listen to songs so I can hear in coming dogs or vehicles. I use Klarus E2 to send signals to vehicles. Short strobe or turbo shining on the ground beside me is enough. Hello sir. I can understand your feeling. I have two dogs. I never let them out on streets causing problems. It's the issuof dog owners ' responsibility & local government policy on pet dogs + stray dogs. As a pedestrian, I can go anywhere. But there are threats on streets so I have to protect myself.
