Sorry to say but u didnt criticised the amendment, so in my opinion the answer is incomplete.

Books reading skill kese badhaye......need aane lagti h bhaiya
Use a stopwatch...and find how much time you stay concentrated...try 2 3 time and after that suppose you can concentrate upto 20 min then you feel sleep so take it as your limit time and take 5 min break after every 20 min.
