Good thing all these events occurred before the wedding so that the bride would see familiar faces. She looked nervous enough going down the aisle. They seem so happily married.

I just so enjoy learning of this lovely Royal Family and particularly the love story of C P Frederick and C P Mary! I am from America so please excuse any ignorance on my part at this comment! I am wondering when seated at the large table together the Royal Family's backs are turned to almost all the guests in the room! I would think they would be facing their guests as I am assuming this is one of the occasions leading up to the wedding. As I am starting an interesting study of this so very open and natural Royal Family and the Danish people, I am not surprised that year after year Danes are found to be the happiest people in the world!!!! My sincere greetings from America and thank you for any answer to my question!

Not manny poor people in Denmark ,compared to other pats of the world, it cost you 11 kr per person in one year to keep the monarcy you can not feed that manny out of 11 krin an entire year
