1) blink in, lift shadow fiend, allows his teammates to burst him down
2) steal super nova, blink in, use it, deal tons of damage with it and forces C9 to split up and retreat
3) steal nightmare, blink to gyro+wisp, use nightmare on gyro to stop his retreat, lift gyro after wisp takes off nightmare, causing both to die
other than "the play" by navi from TI2, I don't think I have ever saw such wonderful play in any major dota 2 tournament, and this is probably by far the best play any single individual player has ever made

I was expecting a little more than two spell steals honestly, but I won't deny him of his credit, his positioning and timing was incredible.

victor ng Yeah, seriously. When he blinked past SF in the river to snatch the invis rune at the last second I rewound the live footage probably three or four times just to see how perfectly he timed it. I can think of fewer examples of a player being completely in the zone for a game.

Evanz111 Dude HE STOLE EGG!!!! Do you know how hard that is? First of all, if you are near it it cancels your blink, second of all, it stuns when it ends, third of all most phoenix players will use spirits or dive as soon as it is done, so there is a very short window in which it can be stolen.
jamesO4E123 he had aghs though, it out ranges the egg. Also he could have done better by lifting gyro back into the egg before using it ^^

I like how no one talks about VG draft (fy is the drafter), telekenesis gyro/sf into AA's ulti almost denies the porpose of the wisp, and their timing as a team is soo perfect

For those who only watch this video and dont know the whole story, VG was losing, at this point, 19.5k gold,to C9 . Gyro(EE) and SF (FATA) were each having 2x the net worth of VG core. And this was the beginning of comeback for VG.

Fy really carried the whole team on his back, as a support.
The reason why some of you think that what fy did was mediocre is because you did not watch the game. C9 was having a pretty significant lead at the point in time the first 'wipe' happen as Hao was super underfarmed and the only one keeping up with the net worth was Super's Lina. Even then Lina networth was far below gyro and sf. I thought C9 already had the game because it seemed impossible for VG to take any team fights, but fy did what no one expected.
What fy has done in this game was more that what is actually being depicted in the video. He basically won important team fights for his team from nothing with his perfect stealing of spells and clutch executions. Say what you will about kky's rubick, imo fy's rubick definitely outshone kky in this TI5 thus far.

Ya that was amazing, he had some other good plays as well, worth watching whole game.
Some people don't understand how great this play is. Not only were VG behind in kills and map control, they were behind in gold. For Fy to change the momentum of the game not once, but in multiple occasions, is astronomically impressive. Fy is MVP.
How is Cty's gem snatch not up yet? That shit was crazy, ballsiest play of TI so far.

OK so as far as rubick plays go, this was overhyped. He stole egg (which is good but not that hard to steal) and his bait and positioning usage was good. Then he stole nightmare and used it on gyro.. This wasn't a huge play.

Its the whole team that done all the great wiped not just only the rubick. that rubick just made the great decision of stealing and taking advantage by clashing at the right time cause them to separate. its a great plays from VG but not for the rubick.

Before the fight, c9 has a huge advantage, spe is very poor. At this moment, rubick and aa got agh at the same time！This fight is the start of vg's come back. Fy and fenrir carry the carry.
