As a league player, I cannot deny how dota is a much much better game. It incorporates teamwork and a lot of skill unlike league where you can just carry 1 man army. If I have better internet download speed I would have downloaded dota and not league. Sadly my download speed is 100kb per second. My dota friend told me many dota things and I really feel that dota is better at the moba genre. Now shut up other league players. Go play your own game, don't thrash them here... they did nothing
ive downloaded with 2mb connection (250kb download), just download a few each day through steam, you dont need to download all in one day, you ca n pause as much as you want
Its where instead of showing you a range indicator and making you left click to cast the spell, the spell just casts to wherever your cursor is the moment you hit q/w/e/r (d/f/1/2/3/4/5/6, as long as that location is in range). It essentially makes your reaction times faster. In LoL, every item slot and each of your hero's 4 abilities and 2 summoner spells can be set to smartcast by binding "smartcast (insert thing you want to smartcast here)" to a button in the keybindings menu in the options.

Except that's how it's been since the beginning of dota. Every patch there's annoying ass heroes, same as always and even the same as it used to be in HoN.
No matter how long Dota goes on for, the game will never be perfectly balanced, there will always be the few heroes that are so much more powerful than the others, there's nothing we can do about it.
Nah, she's just really tricky to catch when played well. Once she's locked down she's really squishy. It's very much a "You fuck up=you die" kind of hero, but when played well you can dominate teamfights and extend further than any other hero knowing you can safely escape if you're quick.
Kretek Yes, I know technically Puck has no gender, but since the voice actor is female I use 'she' because it's an easier concept to grasp and when I'm playing DotA, the etymology of the hero's names isn't at the forefront of my mind :P
***** everything in DotA can be OP if properly used. Even supports. If properly positioned, a good example would be witch doctor. He is supp but if properly positioned can snap a rampage.
Slardar vs Invoker is the best & epic 1 on 1 battle clip. #1 Invoker is the most badass solo play. Chen's backdoor is the most brilliant backdoor tactic. But the other clips are also special & brilliant. This clip will surely motivate us to play better.
