The amps are set on your plasma cutter and the in/min is set while you’re programming on the computer - how that’s done is dependent on which software you’re using.
When we upgraded our table to the XR we also upgraded to a Hypertherm. We didn’t have issues with the Everlast but had always wanted to get a hypertherm for the long run.
i have same setup except i have the everlast powerplasma 60s. how did you hook up cnc port to the langmuir box? what cable? maybe you could do a video on that .. i cant find anything useful on any site so far
kenny t Unfortunately I’m away from my shop right now, but check out the Langmuir Systems forum - a lot of people have shared how to do it there! Good luck!
Hi! Iam currently waiting for my water table that is back ordered and the software, but I wanted to know do I really need an air dryer, I have a husky just like the one on your video hows your set up, if you don't mind, thanks
You are sure to see a difference in cut quality depending on how dry your air is. We use in line filters along with the air dryer and find it to give the best results. You can get away with not using an air dryer, but it helps. We also use an auto drain on the bottom of the compressor, especially helpful for longer cuts.
Jon Bozzy just like with anything, there is a learning curve. Thankfully we live in a time where resources are plentiful. Once you grasp the basics you’ll be golden. It honestly becomes a whole lot of repetition. I hope this helps and encourages you to go for it - we love all that it allows us to do. Good luck!
Jon Bozzy if it’s in your budget, hypertherm is the way to go, but we went with Everlast because we felt like we were getting the most bang for our buck. We also upgraded to a wright cnc table. Check them out also; great product!
So cool!😎😎😎
Hi! Nice video, I'm new with my Cross Fire, but i dont know how to put the parameters like 75in/min or 30amps, can you help me?

Also, the dryer the air supply, the longer the consumables will last
I’m thinking on buying cnc plasma table. Is the software hard to use? Is there a reason you have the everlasting plasma cutter? Thanks
