Actually, they can ship to Canada from the US warehouse... but as they're new, pre-ordering in advance of your actual need is a good idea.

The video does not show that the cotton wool is collected on a stick, it is clear that you need to collect the cotton wool with a stick)
Some operators use sticks, others straws and many use paper cones. I've even seen some just use a gloved hand. Feel free to use whatever option you prefer.
What machine would be good to do cotton candy art such as flowers and polar bears ?

It's very rare for them to turn up for sale used as they're still new to the market.

The microphone does amplify the sound, but both machines do make a bit of racket. :-)
