I actually have two different setups that I use depending on the venue. One is a standalone wash sink from PolyJohn and another is a smaller handwashing system from Cambro. You can google both brands along with the words "portable handwashing" and you'll get plenty of results.

The pan/bowl is one piece and sits on top. Disassembly is not required as it is not attached. Perhaps I'll consider making a video on how to wash a plastic bowl sometime in the future.

I'm afraid that would be difficult to answer without knowing the machine, the popping conditions and quite a bit more about the seed being used.

Some operators use sticks, others straws and many use paper cones. I've even seen some just use a gloved hand. Feel free to use whatever option you prefer.

Very much a matter of taste and also the particular seasoning. That said, I start new recipes with at least 210 ml of oil and seasoning in the range of between 100 g to 135 g. Since everyone's taste preferences are different and we're all using spices and cheese powders sourced from different vendors, you just have to start in those ranges and adjust from there.

You can change flavors, but not one cone at a time.... you have to add 1-2 cups of sugar to start and can only change the flavor when that's used up. Our Artist machine is designed to allow for making one serving at a time and changing flavors for each serving is thus an option. Most good machines will have a on/off switch to activate the heater, and also a dial to adjust the voltage sent to the heater... so the short answer is you want both!

It just depends on your use. Thin plastic is fine for immediate consumption, thicker bags or plastic tubs will keep it fresher for longer if you intend on maintaining stock or selling retail.

It doesn't look like that exact one is made any longer, but if you search for "stair climbing dolly" you'll find similar models available from Amazon and other retailers. Few seem to have wheels that are as large, but I've bought another with the smaller wheels and they seem to work just fine.

Popcorn doesn't go bad, but it does lose its crunch when it is exposed to humidity... so the answer depends on how warm and humid your environment. That said, the mixer isn't intended for storage, but you could buy a lid for the bucket if you wanted.

Yes, just regular granulated sugar from Walmart, Costco or any other grocery store. It hardly matters since the cotton candy machines heat it up until it melts anyway.

A few years ago I tested a handful of different sugars and didn't notice an difference. All cotton candy machines melt sugar to a liquid in order to create floss, so it make sense that they behave pretty much the same at that point. Machines will create different flosses in terms of texture and density, but the sugar variation doesn't seem to make much difference, it least with the Robo JetFloss.

Pretty sure that's gong to be a question that depends very much upon where you live. But any event with high traffic and a good percentage of children is going to do well. Whether that's going to be a Farmer's Market, Sporting events or fairs/festivals really depends on where you live.

I generally charge $5 but prices vary by size, location and how big you want to make them.

It's all about the quantity and the mix. Too much oil or not mixing it quickly enough would be a problem. Keep in mind that oil is much thicker than water, so mixing without over soaking isn't as difficult as you might think.

Nothing... I know some use it in various ways but I don't myself.

How did it work out for you?

Don't just let it sit there collecting dust go out and make some money with it. I got mine and I'm getting better with it but there's definitely a learning curve operating it like a professional. Cleaning it is a chore but the more I do it the faster and easier it is. I'm doing an event next week btw.

Hard to say what's causing the machine to spray sugar, except for potentially overfilling the floss head capacity. Since I don't know what machine you're using, I can only suggest checking the owner's manual I personally tend make servings on either plastic straws or bamboo skewers, but that might not be appropriate for you equipment.
