Still my personal favorite romhack, it’s so fun to replay. It totally didn’t lend itself to an early Episode Zero level or part of Ring Man’s moveset in Ring Man in the Castle.
Starting off with Dive Man in Mega Man 4: Gigachad
Btw in Skull Man's stage, there was a hidden upgrade, at 15:50, where the Weapon Energy was, you could slide into the wall, and find the item.

It’s a romhack of Mega Man 4, but it’s so heavily modified that it’s pretty much a fangame at this point.
