Let's make it a little simple, Incase you have a lover(or imagine having one), what if the whole society forces you to stop loving him/her saying it's disgusting, vulgar, or love for opposite sex is unacceptable, how'd it feel. Maybe you'll accept what the society decides right, but it will feel terrible, because it concerns your whole life and your own being.
