    The heat treat mest up you fit, you had it perfect, I make my own tooling aswell I don't harden them and they work great, great video, keep'um coming..

    Good Idea. I like your videos. The chattering is probably due to the poor toughness of the QCTP. Also the tip of the tool height must be checked related to the center of the spindle. I'm looking forward to see the Automatic tapping device test. Regards from Portugal

      The bit needs jamming closer to that added piece, seems to me that there was not a good contact on that backface. Would have been better to mill it using a vertical slide on the lathe and drill and tap back off-center by the amount stated in the description for the index bit.

    calculate chuck center height, set tool to center height, it will be better
