I quilted all day yesterday. I had to take many beaks (to walk around, drink water, eat, and use the restroom). Last night when I was trying to sleep, I was jarred awake (twice) with cramps in my right foot. I will start using my left foot today (after I get back from the hardware store). Plus, taking some of the pressure off my presser foot was the very thing I forgot to do yesterday. It will make a big difference in my work on the next baby quilt. I'm going to the Hardware Store today for two of those door stops. With your advice, I may learn how to be a better quilter that loves to machine quilt. I'm so glad i watched this video. Thank you so much.

@@PQWQuilting, I also tried using my left foot to drive my sewing machine today! It worked well, but it will take some getting used to. Thank you!

Thanks for the detailed video and instructions Pauline. I am just wondering what thread you are using for this quilting. Is it the mono poly thread I have seen you use previously, or is it another thread this time?

Glad you enjoyed it Jennifer! This white thread is DecoBob 40wt in the colour Db104 - it is just lovely.
