I love how you get the rounded petals with a flat brush. I’m struggling as I’m getting sharp edges 😊. Maybe I’ll go find a tutorial on flat brushes. Thanks crystal.
Try playing around with your flat brush more. It's totally possible to get soft round edges with it. But of course, the stiffer your brush is, maybe its more difficult. Try using a softer brush.
This is a great way to relax and be in the moment so I have a question for you. I hear you exhale several times while you are painting and I was wondering if it is intentional, as in a form of meditation or is it unintentional, because you are feeling so relaxed. Love all your paintings and I try to recreate some of them.

Thank you!!! I have so many I love using. But I think my latest fav is my 1/2 inch flat & 3/4 inch princeton heritage flat!

It may feel like you're a long way behind... but with consistent practice, it will be like riding a bike (once u learn how to) :)
