LASD Academy Class No. 443 graduates

- Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Academy Class No. 443 graduated Friday morning during a ceremony inside the Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center at College of the Canyons.

Was wondering, why is there an individual with a black colored uniform as opposed to the usual sherriff colors ?
Smaller police departments don’t have academies and send their recruits to other larger police departments to train. Those two were from Glendale and Culver City.

Sometimes I feel theres good applicants that slip through cracks and dont get hired.
There is allot allot of applicants that simply fail the polygraph. They might have only truly smoked weed 1 time or not at all but the polygraph will trick them up and fail them. The polygraph comes at the end of your training and everything so it's kind of fucked up that they use a gimmick system like that

Its Cali.. or basically at least So Cal is just about a Mexican State... No offense, but you just about have to be able to speak Spanish now to get the job. City and County jobs as well.

It's astonishing. There is no look of valor on their faces anywhere. That's what's missing. That's the missing link that we have searching for. Valor. They've lost it.
