I remember we used to have PE tests with obstacle courses and did the one mile run. Now schools got rid of all that 😢. We used to compete to see who got the colored shorts as a way to boast your superiority to other middle schoolers 😂.

The wall jump is not part of our Validated Physical Ability Test… but it is part of the Academy

I did the wstb test and miserably failed the wall jump I felt like a whale trying to get over
