Thanks for sharing. A research says that jumping on a mini trampoline is equal to running. This seemed amazing to me because I always feel less effort in jumping than running. Imagine getting toned just by jumping! After reading this research I got myself a mini trampoline from Amazon . Thank you very much! 💚 It's a great obsession :-D I would say that the most difficult is to find songs which I can use for RUclips without restrictions. Coming up with the routine itself is different for each songs. Sometimes I already have a general idea, sometimes it takes a little while. It's not just about one song, but about the whole session as a unit :-) But I enjoy doing it of course :-D

I am glad you like them! 🙏 I always post single songs first, so people can create a custom playlist and then I release a 20 minutes blocks. So in near future you will be able to put those blocks into a playlist together as well and put together even a 60 minutes long class :)
I used to take classes when you had the Redondo Beach studio. You were always easy to follow but even easier in this video. I have missed getting a really tough workout on the mini-tramp. Thank you for this Jakub.
Unfortunately, very unlikely :-( You might be able to follow some steps, but the big trampoline has a completely different and long "rebound action". Maybe if you modify it a little and will dome some steps slower :)

Merci beaucoup pour vos aimables paroles! 🤩 Il est possible de faire plusieurs séances par jour. Le trampoline est très doux pour le corps humain et vous pouvez sauter toute la journée :-) Ensuite cela dépend, quels sont vos objectifs. En une seule séance, vous brûlez environ 250 calories (cela dépend de nombreux facteurs). Je recommanderais de faire 1 ou 2 séances par jour :-)

Przeglądając RUclips natrafiłam na Pana filmy z treningami na trampolinie i zdecydowałam się zakupić trampolinę(na razie jakaś zwykłą) i spróbować swoich sił trenuje trzeci tydzień i muszę przyznać że dzień bez treningu to dzień stracony pierwszy tydzień 5minut treningu,2 tydzien 10minut treningu, teraz już daje radę całe 20minut i parę treningów z krótszymi filmikami😊, jak już zdobędę troszkę większe doświadczenie to na 100% zakupię trampolinę Jumping®😊 muszę przyznać że jak dla mnie to są do tej pory najlepsze treningi 🥰, a ostatni trening Squad Games to jest sztos zresztą jak i inne które zaczynam powolutku trenować (uczyć się )🙂 Best!!! While browsing RUclips, I came across your videos with trampoline training and I decided to buy a trampoline (for now, an ordinary one) and try my hand at training for the third week and I must admit that a day without training is a lost day, the first week 5 minutes of training, 2 weeks of 10 minutes of training, now I can manage all 20 minutes and a few trainings with shorter videos😊, when I get a little more experience, I will buy a Jumping® trampoline for 100% I must admit that for me these are the best trainings so far 🥰, and the last Squad Games training is a big hit anyway, as well as others that I slowly start to train (learn) 🙂

I loved this workout!!!!! Well done! I tried for the first time but surely not the last one. The music is amazing aswell... I done it without any warm up exercise so I hope I wont regret it tomorrow😁😁😁.Would like to ask if could you pretty pleeeeaaasssse upload (or give advice) some warm up exercise which I can do before these jump session ❤️ thanks in advance !!!
Thank you very much! Glad you enjoy it 🤩 I hope you are feeling alright today :P I believe you are :-) Trampoline is intense, but very gentle to the body. If you need some extra warmup, you can do simple jogging with various arms movements, mix with jumping jacks and just simple bouncing. 3 to 5 minutes should be enough, especially because I always start the session with an easy song as well :-)

Thank you! 20 minutes of Jumping usually burns approx. 250 kcal. Sometimes more, sometimes less :-) It depends many factors, such us your personal effort, technique, trampoline or room temperature. But 200+ should be always the very minimum :-) (Which I believe is very good 😁)

Merci beaucoup pour vos aimables paroles! 🤩 Il est possible de faire plusieurs séances par jour. Le trampoline est très doux pour le corps humain et vous pouvez sauter toute la journée :-) Ensuite cela dépend, quels sont vos objectifs. En une seule séance, vous brûlez environ 250 calories (cela dépend de nombreux facteurs). Je recommanderais de faire 1 ou 2 séances par jour :-)

Przeglądając RUclips natrafiłam na Pana filmy z treningami na trampolinie i zdecydowałam się zakupić trampolinę(na razie jakaś zwykłą) i spróbować swoich sił trenuje trzeci tydzień i muszę przyznać że dzień bez treningu to dzień stracony pierwszy tydzień 5minut treningu,2 tydzien 10minut treningu, teraz już daje radę całe 20minut i parę treningów z krótszymi filmikami😊, jak już zdobędę troszkę większe doświadczenie to na 100% zakupię trampolinę Jumping®😊 muszę przyznać że jak dla mnie to są do tej pory najlepsze treningi 🥰, a ostatni trening Squad Games to jest sztos zresztą jak i inne które zaczynam powolutku trenować (uczyć się )🙂

While browsing RUclips, I came across your videos with trampoline training and I decided to buy a trampoline (for now, an ordinary one) and try my hand at training for the third week and I must admit that a day without training is a lost day, the first week 5 minutes of training, 2 weeks of 10 minutes of training, now I can manage all 20 minutes and a few trainings with shorter videos😊, when I get a little more experience, I will buy a Jumping® trampoline for 100% I must admit that for me these are the best trainings so far 🥰, and the last Squad Games training is a big hit anyway, as well as others that I slowly start to train (learn) 🙂

Thank you very much! Glad you enjoy it 🤩 I hope you are feeling alright today :P I believe you are :-) Trampoline is intense, but very gentle to the body. If you need some extra warmup, you can do simple jogging with various arms movements, mix with jumping jacks and just simple bouncing. 3 to 5 minutes should be enough, especially because I always start the session with an easy song as well :-)

Thank you! 20 minutes of Jumping usually burns approx. 250 kcal. Sometimes more, sometimes less :-) It depends many factors, such us your personal effort, technique, trampoline or room temperature. But 200+ should be always the very minimum :-) (Which I believe is very good 😁)
