How they roped in anyone who had any traction in the industry is beyond me. Either way I enjoy your nu-metal content way more than Finn Mckinty's or whatever that guys name is.

His Nu Metal effort is way better than Justin Bieber and a lot of the stuff you see on MTV. I remember when I was in college in 1981 when MTV first came on and back then it was great but that was decades ago.
When this came out, I could not believe how great it sounded. I saw him in Seattle and Vancouver on this tour. Some of the best concerts I have been to, and I have been to hundreds of them.

The songs he was famous for were just tracks he put together for break dancing, that's what he was really known for. If anything, the white culture "took" him because he was easier to sell than M.C. Hammer or Public Enemy. He "sold out" to make money, because he was like 19 years old and had no idea what to do. Eminem did the exact same stuff, even made his own movie.... The difference is that Eminem knew exactly what happened to Vanilla Ice, so Dr. Dre knew what not to do. Ice went through a hard time, he made the music he wanted, collecting cars, and bought all the rights to his music back. Now he's worth like $20m.
