I do agree that it was hypocritical to hide Delaware under the rug, but beliving that taking the plea deal = guilty is a large oversight and a very clearly missconstruded understanding of the American judiciary, especially on alleged SA. There is truly no way of knowing unless one or the other steps up to admit either lying or in Delaware's case, commiting the crime.

4:41 A big reason why people take a plea deal is because they want something to be over, admittedly we do not know the full context of that situation, and in many court cases people will be pressured into taking a plea deal for one reason or another, whether for the case dragging on for years, being an emotional and mental sink, the financial aspect of it, etc
Not defending anyone btw, just adding some insight based on what I've seen in similar situations, it is comparable to when michael jackson provided his accusers money

People aren’t discussing this enough, this is true. Oftentimes it can even be for finances. However, for something so important like this - you would figured Deleware would fight for his innocence which is a bit suspect. I think MrBeast might address this situation more heavy once he replies.
