    We just purchased 2 PTZ PRO's and no USB cables, and No instructions in the box. Sent an email to support and no replay. Glad I found this video. NBC 4 Washington, DC

      Hi Jeff, I am sorry to hear that you have had a bit of a rough time getting started. Normally there would be an instruction in the box on how to get started, but maybe there has been a mix up in the shipping process.     How about a video on connecting a camera that is not out of the box. Wow what a complex process !!

      @@SKAARHOJ hey thanks for replying. I worked it out. 1. I am behind a proxy server at work and that was causing issues. 2. I was missing the step where I download the firmware from staging server online because of proxy. But all working now. And what an awesome quality piece of hardware. Thankyou..
