That said, I do agree with performing curls in this fashion, keeping the tension on the bicep the whole time. The purists would consider this cheating the ROM, but I've found better results keeping constant tension in this range along with a better mind muscle connection.
I don't think that is up for discussion. I am pretty sure everyone is on the same page and we don't need to point it out over and over.
At the time this video was made, that guy was at least 26 years old (In his instagram it says he's 31yo atm).
I don't know the age he started training, but its hard to believe he is completly natural.
And if he really is natty, he was some CRAZY genetics
Now that’s nice but how many cycles are you on steroids
Exciting

You retain momentum by halfwaying the exercise.
@Riston Alaimo keeping stress off your forearms means less forearm gains, no?
So basically spider curls w/out the bench. Oh!, and what's your stack?

1) I don’t care if he is natty or not
2) His arms looks great
3) You have to title things to get attention on RUclips because we all have adhd from electronics now, so it’s revolutionary and move on
4) The video didn’t have any fluff or product placements, so just say thank you. It’s ok to say thank you and not add a bunch of ignorant bull crap about steroids. Those statements are the new, “What do you bench?” You sound like you work out at Planet Fitness.
5) Josh, you have a new subscriber. Thank you for the video. It was helpful and you look great. All the best!

this works if youre not natty, since roided people focus on the pump, thats enough for them to grow, but for natties just focus on form and progressive overload
