  • This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. In 2006, Howell Woltz was kidnapped by federal agents seeking to get him to testify against a North Carolina state official. When he refused to lie, he was tossed around the federal prison system for seven years before finally being released. Today, Woltz seeks support for congress to institute an Office of the Ombudsman in every federal district.
Howell Woltz is an author and public speaker, dedicated to returning the U.S. judiciary and federal government to the Constitution. Recent works include two books, "Justice Denied: the United States v. the People" (2013), an insider's look at the endemic corruption in U.S. prosecutions today (Kirkus Indie reviewed), and "The Way Back to America: a 10 step plan to restore the United States to constitutional government" (2014). Woltz was also the subject of "Justice Denied," an award-winning 2013 documentary, based on his first book. Education: University of Virginia (Economics), Wake Forest (Executive MBA Program), and Caledonia University-Scotland.
About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

I share this publicly at least once a month. in private (non public) messages to friends that I feel might listen, and to those who will, I feel blow it away, need to hear TRUITH.
Howell, you've been my friend for a decade plus now, please make more video's to educate and help me educate our friends and advisaries.
Those that listen honestly will get it, I promise.
You have created change in the minds of many, and that my brother, is a milestone.
    We need more.
Fix your face and you do it.
    sooner the better.
    much love.
    B

Chilling account of flagrantly denied justice. Insult to our men and women in uniform that fought for our constitutional way of life!

@manlycove1 I have communicated privately through e-mail with Mr. Woltz. You should save yourself some embarrassment and take down your comment.
