Nice work! Just something I noticed during the video. Your boards are really close to your spread. I would get them out further. It's just a matter of time before one takes some tackle from ya. I like the off shore sst boards. They pull 300 coppers beautifully out away from your spread. Nice fish!
@@lukepanning7673 thanks…. Yeah I keep em close when it’s calm and I’m running short leadcores I usually keep the depths stacked 15ft so even feisty 15-20lb kings grab on they aren’t likely to cross lines. 🤞🏻. Thanks for Watching
@@jayrobertson232 Thank you! We typically do turn the clicker off at some point early in the fight… the leadcore reels still have a light click but trust me I can’t stand the sound…. I only like it for alerting us of the initial strike… Thanks for watching 👍🏻

Very nice, thank you! The clickers on your reels will last a lot longer if you disengage them while fighting a fish. Good luck and thanks again!

Tip when they take that board under put the rod tip right at the water and reel
👍🏻. Yup figured that out next trip…. A buddy had told me years back when we were trolling for walleye but it drifted away.. Thanks for watching 👍🏻
