Awesome releases Boyz...love to see that!!!
@@scottcolquitt2073 thanks!
Awesome video, thanks! I’ve not been over there (yet) to give that a try….maybe in a few weeks, if “winter” stays cold enough to support decent ice.😊
PS..Keep your floating Striker Ice coat on, even if it gets warm enough to not wear it. If the ice gives and you go swimming, you’ll be glad you left it on!
@@jayrobertson232 appreciate the tip!
Love the channel name ❤
@@JordenMorin appreciate it!
Well done 🔥🔥🎣 Easy sub. Happy Fishing 🎣
@@GeoFishing thanks!
What do you guys put in the slip bobbers to keep the holes open?
@@raymondyoung5466 non toxic fluid that doesn’t freeze/ alcohol will work
You using 8 in or 10 in holes ?
@@AceBase5 I use 10 in case I catch a fat brown trout, but you can get away with 8.
Man I would love to get out with you guys. I’ve tried in Milwaukee and Sheboygan many times now and haven’t even had a rod go off. Not sure if I’m setting baits at the wrong depth or what but everyone else makes it look so easy lol.
@@colinhasenstein I do guide trips if you’re interested! If you and some buddies wanna book a trip www.castingforchrist.org
Where is this at? West side of the state? Marinas around me arent even skimmed yet
@@RogueStatusX we were on Wisconsin side!
@@nateradkefising LMAO im so stupid i read "Lake Michigan" and just assumed you were in Michigan. Nice, im getting onto the hard water next weekend, headed to Houghton Lake Mi
@ good luck, it’s a blast!
Awesome video definitely love steelhead fishing but have never tried it like that.
It’s a blast!
When was this? I was up there a few days ago and the ice looked too sketchy to go out. Is it currently solid?
@@charliehoffman2992 it was good last weekend, pretty sketchy now!
You're lucky to have such a great fishery. I'm over here on the Lake Huron side. We used to have steelhead browns and kings. I loved fishing for them but now their gone. I'm sick of catching smallmouth and walleye. Not as fun to catch.
@@wantsome-zs5sq yea we are blessed!
Love Satan, trying to steal that Beer!
@@notagain8661 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I'm fishing on the Michigan side of lake Michigan and we hardly ever see a brown trout caught. Fish the st Joseph River inlet in to lake Michigan and I have seen one picture of a brown trout. I lived in Brussels Wisconsin in door county worked in one of the shipyard in sturgeon Bay Wisconsin beautiful place Wisconsin sportsman Paradise similar to Michigan.
@@gregoryfuzi4745 nice! We are very lucky to have a good amount of brown trout in our system!
I could send you one
I don't understand. If we had Trout like that in MN that spot would be packed.
So you catch fish? Awesome 👍... Everyone I know from Minnesota to Pennsylvania catch Fish.... it's evident that it's not difficult. 🎉
Like to see you come and try!
@@nateradkefising I would love to come catch some nice fish like that. Do you guys guide? 👍
@@notagain8661 yes, www.castingforchrist.org

My beloved Racine
"steelhead" lol. If they do not enter saltwater they are never, and will never be more than regular old rainbows.
@@Tiggitytye makes no difference to me still fun to catch em!
They will ALWAYS be considered steelhead coming from the great lakes of Michigan, and YOU won't ever determine that, with your pathetic opinion
U don't know anything
@@jefferybanks2261 Science says you're wrong.
@@bryantburns3664 "U" keep trying to cope with your midwest fish, they are Rainbows, nothing more.
