    Fantastic tie Jim, I am totally impressed with the realism of this fly. You are the only tier I know that could probably tie a stick fly and really make it look like a stick. The shakey hands help you Jim, it requires a very delicate touch to tie in legs like that and not have one mishap. My hat is off to you. All the best, Sean

    Great pattern Jim,we call them Daddy long legs over here in England. My late father had a lot of success with them,especially on an evening rise,in warmer weather. Many thanks for sharing it.

    could you use peacock herl for the legs instead?

      If you strip it first it may look good. But I would stick with pheasant tail.

      Pheasant tail fibers, knot them.

    For having such shaky hands, you tie a nice fly.
