How to Be worked
1.go to Start And type SERVICES
2.Full Screen
3.go to System event Notification Service and Enter
4.startup type: Automatic
5.service statum Start And Apply
6.Go to COM+Event System and Enter
7.Startup type: Automatic Apply
8.Service statum Stop and start
9.press okay
10.dont be Restart You window
11.go to CMD AND RIGHT CLICK
12.open Run as administrator And
