Has to be my favorite silent movie, one of the first I ever picked up on dvd. Both my Grandfathers were born in 1921 when this film was made. Nice to see buildings still standing after all those years. Great video Grimms as always 🖤
That vampire gargoyle thing reminds me a lot of the one they used in advertising for Bram Stoker's Dracula with Gary Oldman, Wynonna Rider, and Keanu Reeves.

Welcome to Germany, the land of dark forests and wonderful legends. Also a very good movie with Klaus Kinski. Murnau, Lang, Wiene. One of the best directors at the time.
How you locate these incredible locations and then blend the old with modern...absolutely amazing. Super-sleuth, mesmerizing storytelling. Above and beyond.🖤
Have only seen iconic snippets of this film! Will have to watch in it's entirety. Made such a long time ago, but still seems incredibly haunting. Good to see some of the lesser known German cities. They have a similar feel to some in the U.K with a fusion of industrial and ancient landmarks. Great stuff.
Great video. I am an American who lives on a farm near Kiel. I have visited Lübeck, Wismar and Berlin. However, I didn`t think to look for Nosferatu filming locations. An American friend is thinking about visiting specifically to see where the film was shot. Thanks for such a cool tour.

Fantastic to see this, as Germany is a wonderful country and despite the best efforts of the allied forces, it still retains many beautiful old buildings and splendid architectural features.
