@Over Yonder wow, way to simp for someone who's being blatantly disrespectful in court. If anything, he should've found her in contempt much earlier but held back. When you're before the court, you say yes/no your honour and answer any questions quickly, respectfully and most importantly honestly. Don't pussyfoot around the question and say "Rick Ross" when he wants a numerical estimate. Court is not the time to laugh or giggle. And he asked her if she was intoxicated because she was behaving unusually - turns out she was on drugs during this hearing. Her next appearance when she's sober is in stark contrast to this one, and the judge shows leniency and strikes some of the charges. And since the courtroom is his domain, you do what he says since your future is in his hands. I've seen people rack up so many charges on a courtroom and end up serving 15 years for what should've been 6 months because they couldn't keep their mouth shut.
That Judge seems so nice. I bet if she had shown him respect, he would of reduced the fines and tried to help. Instead, she played her stupid games and won a stupid prize XD

@@Professional_RUclips_Commenter "Do arrested people show up in that court straight away?" - Most likely yeah. But chances are that the police took her in rather because they found some Xanax on her, which is probably why she thought that she could get away with lying about the intoxication too.
Someone like that has been intoxicated for a while... A few days isn't going to clean her up at all. Might be out of her blood.., though not her brain by then. Only thing the Judge did was keep her in their environment, forcing her to mingle to survive, and subsequently probably dooming her with new friends who will make sure she will repeat the evil cycle all over again. Judge Jorge Rodriguez-Chomat
I hope he did more with his life than abuse his power like this
lets give her some credit guys. without people like her, we wouldnt have entertaining RUclips videos to watch
Hey, didn't expect there to be a bright side to this.
Yes, blame her and not the obviously racist judge. Adios means bye in Spanish, how can he say "bye bye" and then get when she says it back in her language?
@@Lightning_Wolf567 Right. "I don't agree with him, so I'll call him racist."
She was being disrespectful, and she showed that she was insincere. She very clearly didn't care that she committed a crime.
The extra sentence was quite generous, she deserved more.
@@Lightning_Wolf567 Also, she flipped him off. You can't do that to a judge in his own courtroom.
@@JustSomeHeeHo Being disrespectful? She just adios, which is bye in Spanish, and she flipped him off because he's racist just like you.
Man that smile disappeared quicker than a politician's election promise at the end. 😁
Accurately mentioned, Lad
😂
Bah it's still a bit slower then that
Damn
That's true
The judge was actually being really nice at first.
Sarah Nicole I think judge is in love with this beautiful girl :)
Bitter Truth how do you even think that?
I think you both have a perverted and wracked mind.
Scott Hotchkiss I have a friend named Sam Hotchkiss
+Raiz laza I think you're right.
The judge smiling and laughing and then BAAANNNGGG 😅😅😅!!! Absolutely love this guy!
Note to self.....
Never shoot your mouth off when standing before a judge.
1:15 “It’s worth... money”
Ah yes, the floor here is made out of floor
Lol, when she said that i said to myself "yeah no shit, how much money?"
Yes and every sixty seconds in Africa, a minutes passes
@@charsiniganhoodish You're so dumb! A minute doesn't pass every 60 seconds in Africa - it passes every minute and a half!!
@@charsiniganhoodish it's worth time!
