Looks really good, I’ll try this with the less spicy Ramen. I love the taste of those noodles. The spice is something I can handle, but sadly I have ulcers. Tried this but hated the rawness the egg yolk gave to the dish. Maybe some spice would get rid of the rawness or at least reduce it to a point where it isn’t so noticeable.
There is a version where you add half a cup of the water you used to cook the noodles with, that should be hot enough to take the rawness away you don’t want. Add that to the mix before the noodles.
There’s so many different variations and people spreading/sharing it that oftentimes it’s unclear who the original creator is. How do you know it’s not her?
