Bobo honestly hasn’t been all bad he had a big soft spot for Waverley and even Julian was willing to heal from bulshars grip but couldn’t cause it was to late bobo I would say was like a godfather to Waverley

Actually bobo protects Waverly because in season 2 episode 8 when he saw waynona before dieing he thought she was his guardian angel and asked for here name to never hurt her when he turns bad and waynona told him "Waverly"
