Same with my old thunderbird 350 2003 model cdi. It does 100kmph on 5th gear at 4500 rpm. Dominar does 100 on 6th gear at 5500 rpm.
The re 350s have long stroke engine so they can cruise at a high speed with low rpm which means better fuel efficiency.

मेरे पास रॉयल एनफील्ड मीटर और जिद्दी रोडस्टर दोनों है मैंने एनफील्ड मीटर 2 3 महीने पहले खरीदी थी मगर मैं अभी जस्ट जी डी रोडस्टर खरीदी है मेरी नजर में कंफर्टेबल रॉयल एनफील्ड है यह थोड़ा स्मूथ चलती है मगर जिद्दी रोडस्टर इनफील्ड का बाप है उसमें बहुत ज्यादा पावर है

You had a classic and ridding new meteor , then u will obviously feel +ve and give +ve response.
But real fact is.
-Whatever it may be Honda engine is more refined.
- Stiffness is there on meteor , ride some good bike with good suspension then u will tell how meteor delives on pot holes.
- mileage is never going to be 42kmpl might be a slope or down road where you might be driving or may be throatling engine very lesson a smooth platform.
This review is like hearing sweet song from a RE fanboy.

Homda fail hai ? Really ?? Are you sure ?? Honda kmows how to make a butter smooth gearbox which is very quiet and needs minimum gear shifting amd minimum knocking ...also homda spare parts easily available and service is good many service centers...dont forget honda is a japanese brand ....honda was smooth 30 yrs ago and it took so long for royal enfield to bring that kind of smoothness in this J series engine....Royal enfield only specializes in. Making a very heavy bulky motorcycle which is not practical to use it daily in city traffic and RE has zero lnowledge about power to weight Ratio....350 cc meteor with only 20 bhp and 192 kilo heavy bike resulting in poor initial pickup...more fuel intake and less top speed...meteor 350cc engine but only has 120 top speed useless if you pay around 3 lacs and get this poor performance....just giving more CC In engines does not help at all....karizma pulsar CBZ....yamaha RX 135 5 speed Yamaha FZ....all this small engine bikes they go upto 120 lm apeed....karizma only 225 cc still goes upto 135 speed...so RE gives 350cc is useless if top speed is only 120 and low initial pull
