While I went around and rescued any abandoned/damaged and left behind toys I could. These kinds of packages would have been gold for us. Our favorite was a shorthair 5 who got ran over by car and her leg came off. We strapped her into an LPS sized wagon and named her Cali. And promptly made her one of three shorthaired princesses of our petshop land. I miss those times.

Don’t know if it’s been covered by anyone else, but the bird/dragon/neopet creature is a pet from the doll line Cave Club. I don’t know her name or which doll she came with, but I believe she’s a pterodactyl or another species of pterosaur.
An additional note: given that pterosaurs aren’t actually dinosaurs, dragon and neopet might actually have tied for the closest guess. I’m pretty sure the neopet you showed is based on a pterosaur.

I think the non-LPS toys are a Hatchimals and TOTS figure (from the Disney Junior show TOTS). Edit: The show is about a penguin and a flamingo sending baby animals to their animal parents similarity to stork bringing babies thing that some parents use to (Idk if they still do) tell kids when asked where they come from. So that is why the figure is wearing a diaper.
The purple blanket with stars/diamonds or whatever on it is actually from a my little pony set, I used to have the same one (kinda lost it) I had it but in pink with dark pink stars.
